Chapter 10 Qigong and Special Abilities

近年来在儿童身上发现了一些常人所没有的功能,如非视觉识别图形、字迹等功能,为了区别于常人的功能,称之为人体特异功能。

In recent years, some abilities that ordinary people do not have, have been discovered in children, such as the ability to recognize non-visual graphics and handwriting. In order to distinguish them from those of ordinary people, they are called human-specific abilities.

人体特异功能的发现,为研究人体生命奥秘揭开了新篇章。

The discovery of human special functions has opened a new chapter in the study of the mysteries of human life.

一方面儿童的特异功能可以做为研究人体生命奥秘的一种手段;另一方面,特异功能又展示了人休生命奥秘的新内容。

On the one hand, children’s special abilities can be used as a means to study the mysteries of human life; on the other hand, special abilities reveal new content about the mysteries of human life.

因此,对人休特异功能的研究,必将和对中医与气功的研究一样,有力地推动人体生命科学发展的进程。

几年来研究的结果表明,特异功能的能力逐渐增强,范围逐步扩大,由非视觉图形识别到透视人体、遥视、思维传感、意念致动、一至于这一功能之极限,现在尚难断定。

我国若名科学家钱学森说:气功、特异功能、中医理论应结合进行研究。

在我国古典文化中,特异功能、气功、中医学是互相关连的三位一体的统一体。

在第九章中阐述了气功与中医密不可分的关系、本章似将特异功能的某些问题及其与气功的关系作一初步探讨。

弟一节 特异劝能是人体固有的机能
Section 1: Specific functions are inherent in the human body

一、特异功能的普追性

1. The universality of special abilities

自1979年3月发现“耳朵识字”现象以来,在我国,无论是大就肖北,还是长坡内外,都相继发现许多儿童有这类功能。

Since the discovery of the “ear literacy” phenomenon in March 1979, many children in our country, both in Dajiu, Xiaobei and Changpo, have been found to have this ability.

许多科技工作者对此进行了实验研究。

Many scientific and technological workers have conducted experimental research on this.

经科技笙作者用实验确认的特异功能大致有以下几种:

The special functions confirmed by the author of Science and Technology Sheng through experiments are roughly the following:

(一)超视觉:包括非视觉图形识别、透视、遥视、“显微视刀(如看红、白血球)、超过正常人的识别光的能力(如分辨气功师发放外气的颜色)等等。

1. Super vision: including non-visual pattern recognition, perspective, remote viewing, “microscopic vision” (such as seeing red and white blood cells), the ability to recognize light beyond the normal person (such as distinguishing the color of the external qi emitted by qigong masters), etc.

(二)意识传感:不借助语言、文字或其他暗示而了解他人的思维活功。

(三)意识致动:在不接触的条件下,用意念使试样发生宏观的运动。

如用意念拨动袭针、开锁、切蛋桂等。

甚至可以用意念把有标记灼试样(铝片、手表、磁铁、微量示踪元[?]、微型无线电发射机、感光片、昆虫等)从一个地方搬到另一地方。

在搬运过程中,找不到试样的振运轨迹。

(四)其他超感觉能力:如直接感知地礴、感知意识运动的方向等。

这是二十世纪八十年代在中国土地上比现的怪事吗?否,这种“怪事”,古已有之,我国古籍中言及此者很多。

Is this a strange thing that happened in China in the 1980s? No, this kind of “strange thing” has existed since ancient times, and there are many references to it in ancient Chinese books.

于佛逆典籍记述尤详:一是高级阶段的特异功能。

The description in Buddhist scriptures is particularly detailed: one is the special functions at the advanced stage.

识感知…..)与“六根互用”气眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意六者为六根,六者之功能可以互相渗透乃至相互为用);道教$1认为是练功到“练气化神”以后各阶段如“开天门”、“冲虔”等阶段的自然结果。

据初步了解,现在气功师的特异功能多属于此。

According to preliminary understanding, most of the special abilities of qigong masters today belong to this category.

这一阶段的特异功能在应用时颇耗神费气,故不宜频频用之,否则会影响自身练功。

The special abilities at this stage are quite energy-consuming to use, so they should not be used frequently, otherwise it will affect your practice.

对此在《楞严经・卷九》中(关于禅定中出现的各种景象)叙述得很详细,说:“又以此心研究深远,忽于中夜遥见远方市井、街巷、亲族、眷属,或闻其语・二・…此名迫心逼极飞出,故多隔见,非为圣证。

This is described in detail in Volume 9 of the Shurangama Sutra (about the various scenes that appear during meditation): “If one studies deeply with this mind, he may suddenly see distant markets, streets, relatives, and family members in the middle of the night, or hear their voices. This is called the mind being forced to fly out, so most of the visions are distant, and it is not a holy testimony.

不作圣心名善境界,或作圣解即受群邪…..”需要说明的是,在佛、道两家的典籍中记载的各种特异功能虽然很多,但为了摒除宗教(宗教自身的与人们对它的看法)的偏见,仅将先于宗教的诸子著述中的有关记载引述如下。

If one does not develop a saintly mind, then he will be in a good state; if one develops a saintly understanding, then he will be affected by many evils…” It should be noted that although there are many records of special abilities in the Buddhist and Taoist scriptures, in order to eliminate the prejudice of religion (religion itself and people’s views on it), only the relevant records in the writings of various philosophers that predate religion are quoted below.

关于非视觉识别的记叙:

A note on non-visual recognition:

老麟(即老子)有个徒弟叫允仓于,学得了老子的本翎,可以用耳朵看东西与用跟暗听声音。

Lao Lin (i.e. Laozi) had a disciple named Yuncang Yu, who learned Laozi’s skills and could see things with his ears and listen to sounds with his hands.

香国的诸侯知道这个消lti后很惊奇,于是派了一位官万带着厚礼去跨请元仓于。

The princes of Xiang State were very surprised when they heard the news, so they sent an official with generous gifts to invite Yuan Cang Yu.

尤仓于被请到后,t侯对他进行了谦庄的询问。

After You Cangyu was invited, the Marquis questioned him humbly.

元仓子说:传说我能以耳视目听,实际上不是这样的。

Yuan Cangzi said: Legend has it that I can see with my ears and hear with my eyes, but that is not actually true.

我可以不用眼与耳来看或听,但不能改变眼或耳的功能。

I can see or hear without eyes and ears, but I cannot change the function of my eyes or ears.

鲁侯说:这就更奇怪了,到底是怎样一回事啊?

The Marquis of Lu said: This is even more strange, what is going on?

我愿意听听这番遗理。

I would like to hear this legacy.

尤仓子说:我把自己的形体内合于心意,又把心意与休内的气结合,再使气与灵4j1的扮神结到一起,而后侠自己的精神与大自然的应无状态给合到一起。

You Cangzi said: I combine my body with my mind, and combine my mind with the qi in my body, and then combine the qi with the spirit, and finally combine my own spirit with the response state of nature.

这祥既便是牲微的青声,细小的物质,作用到我,也能察知它。但是,我是扣何察知到这些?到底是七窍、四胶,还是内桩感知的?我乙说不清趁,只知是自己感知的。

This is like the slightest sound or tiny matter, which can be felt by me. But how can I feel it? Is it the seven orifices, the four joints, or the inner body? I can’t explain it clearly, I just know that I feel it.

练功九年之后,心念与口都达到了清静的境界,对自己与他人的是昨利害都不进行分计了,对师徒、朋友等关来也无分辫了,这样就达到了物、我同观的地步了,于是自身的眼、耳、弃,口的功能也就可以相互为用了。

After practicing for nine years, the mind and mouth have reached a state of tranquility. One no longer distinguishes between the good and bad of oneself and others, and between teachers and students, friends, etc. In this way, one has reached the point where the self and the world are viewed in the same light. Then, the functions of the eyes, ears, tongue, and mouth can be used in conjunction with each other.

关于遥视的记载:

詹何在室内与弟子们谈玄讲道,听到有牛在门外叫。詹何的弟于说:外面的牛是一只黑牛,但弃部是白的。磨何说:你说的对,泛黑牛,但白不在奔部而在牛角上。然后派一佣人到外面现看,果然是一条黑牛而角用白布包裹着。

Records of remote viewing:

Zhan He was discussing the Dao with his disciples in the room when he heard a cow calling outside the door. Zhan He’s disciple said: The cow outside is a black cow, but the back is white. Mo He said: You are right, it is a black cow, but the white is not in the back but in the horns. Then he sent a servant to check outside, and it was indeed a black cow with its horns wrapped in white cloth.

达到虚一而静的程度,叫做“大清明”。这时甘有形的万物娜能着到,对看到的万物都能论说,而论说的道理又都并合实际,不仅如此,还可以坐在及内而看遥远的夺物。

Reaching the state of emptiness and tranquility is called “great clarity”. At this time, all tangible things can be seen, and all things seen can be discussed, and the principles of discussion are all practical. Not only that, but you can also sit inside and see distant objects.

关于透视人体的记载;

咬伯说:医生分两类:一是普通的医生。他们没有超视觉―透视功能,只是问病、切脉,辫证施治。他们虽然可以根据中医理论做诊断与治疗,但叶病在人体内的真实情此,却不清楚。另一种是高明的“宁神”的医生。由于他们有透视的功能,不用问病,可以察知病人体内的病待。

Records on seeing through the human body; Yao Bo said: Doctors are divided into two categories: one is ordinary doctors. They do not have super vision – the ability of seeing through, they only ask questions, feel the pulse, and treat according to the symptoms. Although they can diagnose and treat according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, they do not know the true situation of the disease in the human body. The other is the skilled “calming” doctor. Because they have the ability of seeing through, they can detect the disease in the patient’s body without asking questions.

他们虽然能寨知病情,但又用口说不出是如何察知的。列人看不到,他们一下就清楚了。诊术之高明有知神明一般。

Although they can know the condition, they cannot explain how they know it. Others cannot see it, but they know it immediately. Their diagnosis skills are as good as those of gods.

扁鹤按照他老师的话服饮上池水与药水,30天后,、了以隔墙看到人,用这一功能诊察疾病,可以看到人体内五脏六腑的病症。

Bian He drank the water from the upper pool and the medicine according to his teacher’s instructions. After 30 days, he was able to see people through walls. He used this ability to diagnose diseases and could see the symptoms of the internal organs in the human body.

文势让龙叔背北朝南站立,文擎从背后向前看龙叔,过了一会说;我看到你的心了。

Wen Shi asked Long Shu to stand with his back to the north and his face to the south. Wen Qing looked at Long Shu from behind and said after a while: “I see your heart.”

关于预知的记气:

若能使耳精目明而不受外界*.j敬的诱感,气志t静、怡然自得而减少嗜欲,五肚之情气充盈而不外泄,同时精神内宁不浮越于外,这样就可以察知到已经过去的或未来的事情。

Regarding the precognitive record of qi:

If one can make the ears and eyes clear and not be tempted by external temptations, calm the qi and mind, be contented and reduce desires, and the five stomachs are full of emotions and do not leak out, and at the same time the spirit is calm and does not float outside, then one can perceive things that have passed or will happen in the future.

关于超距作用的记叙:

蒲且子这个人可以把高空的乌“定”住,詹何可把深浦中的大鱼捉着,这是因为他们练气功达到了高超境界灼缘故。

About the description of action at a distance:

Pu Qiezi can “fix” a crow in the sky, and Zhan He can catch a big fish in a deep pond. This is because they have reached a high level of Qigong practice.

关子刀枪不入的记载:

黑印这个人非常勇猛、力童强大,可以抵杭百人,皮肉筋骨非常坚硬,不是一般人所能达到的。他可以仲着脖子簇刀砍,可以担脚挨裔射,既使刀箭受损,皮肤也毫无损伤。

Guanzi’s record of being invulnerable to swords and spears:

Heiyin is a very brave and powerful man. He can fight against hundreds of people. His skin, flesh, tendons and bones are very hard, which is not something that ordinary people can achieve. He can be chopped by a knife on the neck and shot by a spear. Even if the knife and arrows damage him, his skin will not be damaged at all.

其他特异功能的记叙:

子列子门关尹:练功达划~定程度后可以在水中潜行扁无窒息之感,对于火中而无灼热之感,行于万肠之上的高空而无恐惧之感,这是为什么呢? 关尹回答说:这是练气到分粉纯程度又能熟练地运用的结果。

Other accounts of special abilities:

Zi Liezi’s disciple Guan Yin: After practicing to a certain level, one can sneak in water without feeling suffocated, be in fire without feeling burning, and walk in the sky above the intestines without feeling fear. Why is this? Guan Yin replied: This is the result of practicing Qi to a very pure level and being able to use it skillfully.

关子特异功能机理的记叙:

能够专心专意、一心一意、 耳目不受外界千扰,则可以感知到远处事粉的征来。

Description of the mechanism of Guanzi’s special ability:

If you can concentrate your mind and heart, and your ears and eyes are not disturbed by the outside world, you can sense the signs of things far away.

若能自知地把气转聚起来,则可以自由地把握万事万杨了。

If you can consciously gather your energy, you can freely control everything.

若能转聚气,能心念专一,刘能不依靠占卜而知遗吉西,若能停正杂念,能专意自己,则能不求助于人而*自己得到应有的成果。若能玲一率进行静.静虑,友复不止,对一些想不通的事物粉会S然开朗,好象是兔神的作用,实际不是龙神的力量,是自己安静到极点后,自身的精气显现出来的作用。具体来说,就是要身体立中正,血气就可宁静,意念和心神合一,耳目不受外界于扰,这样既使很远的事物也好泉就在身边,对不知遗的事物进行认真思索,也就可以生发出智慧来。

If you can turn and gather your energy and focus your mind, you will know the good and bad fortune without relying on divination. If you can stop distracting thoughts and focus on yourself, you will not need to ask for help from others and get the results you deserve. If you can be calm and thoughtful, you will not stop. Some things that you can’t understand will suddenly become clear. It seems that it is the power of the rabbit god, but it is not the power of the dragon god. It is the effect of your own energy after you are extremely quiet. Specifically, it means that the body should be upright, the blood and qi can be calm, the mind and the spirit are united, and the ears and eyes are not disturbed by the outside world. In this way, even things far away seem to be right next to you. If you think carefully about things that you don’t know, you can also generate wisdom.

血气是人的精华、五脏可以贮藏人休精华之物。

Blood and qi are the essence of human beings, and the five internal organs can store the essence of human beings.

若能使血气内注于五脏而不外越、叫使内胜充盛而心欲自然减少。

If blood and qi can be directed to the five internal organs instead of flowing out, the internal organs will be filled and the desires of the mind will naturally be reduced.

这样自然而然地会耳目清虚、视听旷达、这样就称作“明”。

In this way, your ears and eyes will naturally be clear, your vision and hearing will be open, and this is called “brightness”.

若能使五脏皆从属于心则情态安定、举止得当、这祥精神就会旺盛而气不耗散。

If the five internal organs can be made subordinate to the heart, the mood will be stable, the behavior will be proper, the spirit will be vigorous and the energy will not dissipate.

这样各种活动就有条理,气血分布会很均句,使人体内外保持杨通,如此则可有阴阳不浏之神机,就可达到视无不尤、听无不间的境界。

In this way, various activities will be organized, and the distribution of Qi and blood will be very even, so that the inside and outside of the human body can be kept connected. In this way, there will be a magical power of unimpeded yin and yang, and you can reach the state of seeing everything and hearing everything.

附带说明一下,在生产力低下的古代,对这些神奇的现象很容易想到鬼神上去,然而古代气功家依据自身的实践,反驳了这种见解,提出这是“精气之极也”,是“纯气之守也”,是“得清静之道,太浩之和也”的唯物主义的解释。

By the way, in ancient times when productivity was low, it was easy to attribute these magical phenomena to ghosts and gods. However, ancient qigong masters refuted this view based on their own practice, and proposed a materialistic explanation that this was “the extreme of essence and energy”, “the preservation of pure energy”, and “the way to tranquility and the harmony of Taihao”.

也许有人说,这是我们祖先编造的寓言、神话,不足为凭.那么再让我们看看国外近年来的情况吧:

Some people may say that these are fables and myths made up by our ancestors and cannot be trusted. Then let us look at the situation abroad in recent years:

十九世纪以来,国外就有人试图用科学方法研究这类怪事,还起了个名子叫“心灵学”,它研究‘F述现象。

Since the 19th century, some people abroad have tried to use scientific methods to study this kind of strange things, and even gave it a name called “psychic science”, which studies the above phenomena.

心灵能――人的意识影响无生命物体的性状;

Psychic energy — human consciousness affects the properties of inanimate objects;

超视觉一一不用眼睛, “看”到远方或屏蔽着的东西,

Super vision — “seeing” distant or blocked objects without using eyes.

超听觉――不用耳朵的“听”、 “遥听”;

Super hearing — “listening” and “remote hearing” without using ears;

预 知――借助于目前尚未为人所知的信息源,预见未来事件,

Precognition — foreseeing future events with the help of information sources not yet known to man.

传心术――人与人之间的思维传感。

Telepathy — the sensing of thoughts between people.

很多倍受尊敬的科学家,包括爱丙斯坦,对心灵现象的实在性,以及应如何对它们进行科学研究都曾做过推侧。

Many respected scientists, including Epstein, have speculated on the reality of mental phenomena and how they should be studied scientifically.

虽然也有很多人反对,六十年代以来,心灵现象的研究,受到越来越多的科学家的注意。

Although there are many people who oppose it, the study of psychic phenomena has attracted the attention of more and more scientists since the 1960s.

例如,据法国《观点》杂志报道、美国斯坦福翔卜究所曾对男中音歌唱家英格:斯解角漂匆能力做过多次实脸,只要告诉他经度和纬度,他就能告诉你那个地方的情景,他还能遥视木星和水星,所得结果,得到了太空探翻资料的证买。

For example, according to a report in the French magazine “Point de Point”, the Stanford Institute for Remote Sensing in the United States has conducted many experiments on the remote sensing ability of baritone singer Ingersoll. As long as you tell him the longitude and latitude, he can tell you the situation of that place. He can also remotely view Jupiter and Mercury. The results obtained have been confirmed by space exploration data.

综观上述可知,特异功能在古今中外都不罕见,可以说它具有一定的普遍性。

From the above, we can see that special abilities are not uncommon in ancient and modern times, both in China and abroad, and it can be said that they have a certain degree of universality.

二、特异功能是人的固有帆能

2. Special abilities are inherent human abilities

所有有关特异功能的实脸都表明,只有当受试者精神专注,意念集中于目标物时,特异功能才能显示。

All the facts about special abilities show that they can only be displayed when the subject is mentally focused and concentrates his mind on the target object.

实验成功与否,与受试者的精神状态以及环境的安适有很大关系。

The success of the experiment has a lot to do with the mental state of the subjects and the comfort of the environment.

由此可见,特异功能之所以特异,根本在于受试者的意识作用。

From this we can see that the reason why special abilities are special is fundamentally due to the consciousness of the subjects.

这种意识作用并非有特异功能的人之特有现象,在一般人中也是存在的,实脸证明,特异功能可以通过训练而诱发。

This kind of conscious function is not unique to people with special abilities, it also exists among ordinary people. It has been proven that special abilities can be induced through training.

据报道,北京大学曾随机地选取了40名十岁左右的儿童,经过短期训练(方法是让他们和有这种功能的儿童一起不用眼睛识别图形),结果有60%的儿童获得了不同程度的非视觉图形识别的能力。

It is reported that Peking University randomly selected 40 children around ten years old and after a short period of training (the method was to let them recognize patterns without using their eyes together with children with this function), 60% of the children acquired the ability to recognize non-visual patterns to varying degrees.

北京师范学院的实践证明,意识致动的能力也是可以通过训练而诱发的。

The practice of Beijing Normal University has proved that the ability of conscious action can also be induced through training.

需要指出的是,这种意识作用:既使在未经训练的一般人身上,也是存在的。

It should be pointed out that this kind of consciousness exists even in ordinary untrained people.

普林斯硕大学工程与应用科学院曾进行了一系坷实脸,现察一般人的心灵能能力。

The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Princeton University once conducted a series of experiments to observe the psychic abilities of ordinary people.

如要求随机选取的受试者,用意识使热教电阻的沮度提高几千分之一度,或用意念使干修仪中的镜子的距离改变十万分之一厘米…….结果是肯定的。

For example, if randomly selected subjects are asked to use their consciousness to increase the temperature of a thermal resistor by a few thousandths of a degree, or to use their thoughts to change the distance between the mirrors in a dry repair instrument by one hundred thousandth of a centimeter… the result will be positive.

由此可见,所谓特异功能,实际上是人类固有的潜在智能。

From this we can see that the so-called special abilities are actually the inherent potential intelligence of human beings.

它和人类一般功能的根本区别在于;意识不借助于有形的器官,直接和外界发生相互作用,这种智能在一般情况下是潜在的。

The fundamental difference between it and general human functions is that consciousness interacts directly with the outside world without the help of tangible organs. This kind of intelligence is generally potential.

Section 2: The Relationship between Special Abilities and Qigong

在本书第一章中曾指出:题过气功锻炼可’U“激发、强化人体内在潜力,获得种种异乎常人的智能”。

In the first chapter of this book, it was pointed out that Qigong exercises can “stimulate and strengthen the inner potential of the human body and acquire various extraordinary intelligences.”

乍一看来,由艰苦卓绝地气功锻炼获得的特异功能似乎不同于一童那些与生俱来的或经简单诱发锻炼产生的特异功能,实际上两者都是人类潜在智能的运用与体现。

At first glance, the special abilities acquired through arduous qigong training seem to be different from those of a child that are innate or produced through simple induced training. In fact, both are the application and manifestation of human potential intelligence.

在本质上是问一的。

In essence, it is a question of one.

为表述这一关系,下面从实践与理论两方面阐述之。

To illustrate this relationship, the following will explain it from both practical and theoretical aspects.

一、实践中的同一性

I. Identity in Practice

(一)二者的表现形式相同。例如:目前所观测抖的气功外气效应,都是气功师用意念对某一特定仪器发放外气,便仪器发生规律性运动。这实际上也是一种意识致动(或称心灵致动)现象。又如,有许多气功师能够不借助任何仪器,非接触地察知他人体内的变化。有的是直接“透视,人休,有的tn从客体取得信息抽样,用自身反映客体的状况。其他如意识传感、意识遥拉、透视、预知等功能,在造诣高深的气功师中也不罕见。

(1) 2 The manifestations of the two are the same. For example, the external qi effects of qigong observed so far are all caused by qigong masters using their thoughts to release external qi to a certain instrument, causing the instrument to move regularly. This is actually also a phenomenon of consciousness actuation (or mind actuation). For another example, many qigong masters can detect changes in other people’s bodies without the help of any instruments and without contact. Some can directly “see through others”, while others can obtain information samples from the object and use themselves to reflect the object’s condition. Other functions such as consciousness sensing, consciousness remote pulling, perspective, and precognition are not uncommon among qigong masters with profound attainments.

(二)二者的内部反应大体相同,这表现在叙下几方面:

1。都要凝神静意,将思想集中于目的物,特异功能才能显示出来。

1. You need to concentrate your mind and focus your thoughts on the target object so that your special abilities can be displayed.

据有特异功能的几童说,无论是非视觉认字,还是意识[?]运,只有当他集中精神去想目的物,并使之在额头内部的“屏幕护上出现时,预期的功能才能显现。

According to several children with special abilities, whether it is non-visual reading or conscious operation, the desired function can only be manifested when he concentrates on thinking about the target object and makes it appear on the “screen” inside the forehead.

气功师的情况大致也是如此。

The situation of qigong masters is roughly the same.

古气功家也说: “专于意。

Ancient Qigong masters also said: “Focus on your mind.

一于心”、而后能“知远之汪”, “思索生少知” 。

Oneness in the heart” and then one can “know the vastness of the distance” and “thinking will give rise to little knowledge”.

2.对于种种超感觉机能,无论是气功家还是特异功能儿童,都说不出是怎样感知的。

2. As for various extrasensory functions, neither Qigong practitioners nor children with special abilities can explain how they perceive them.

古气功家说:“乃不知是我七窍四肢之所觉,心腹五脏之所知,其自知而已矣”。

Ancient Qigong masters said: “I don’t know what my seven orifices and four limbs feel, or what my heart, abdomen, and five internal organs know. I only know myself.”

今天的特异功能儿童也只能说脑子里“出”或“不出”。

Today’s children with special abilities can only say that what comes out of their brains is either “out” or “not out”.

3.真气充沛是二者功能得以呈现的前提。

实验证明,特异功能儿童在心情舒畅、精神愉快、精力充沛的条件下,成功率高。

Experiments have shown that children with special abilities have a higher success rate when they are in a good mood, in a happy spirit and full of energy.

当作了一系列实验后,即感到精神而非肉体的疲倦:中医、气功理论认为真气有“精则养神”的作用,上述儿童实验时的心身状况,是保证其经络和扬、气血流通、真气充沛的条件。

After completing a series of experiments, they felt mental rather than physical fatigue: Chinese medicine and Qigong theory believe that true Qi has the function of “nourishing the spirit”. The mental and physical conditions of the children during the above experiments are the conditions to ensure the harmony of their meridians, the smooth circulation of Qi and blood, and the abundance of true Qi.

只有当“神”得到充足的真气的播养,感知事物等机能才能增强,故实验成功率高。

Only when the “spirit” is nourished with sufficient true qi can its functions such as perceiving things be enhanced, so the success rate of the experiment is high.

另外,真气又有“烦劳则张”的性质,特异功能既然也是一种运动,必能张扬、消耗真气使神失养而迟钝其功能。

In addition, the true Qi has the property of “being expanded when tired and exhausted”. Since special abilities are also a kind of exercise, they will inevitably expand and consume the true Qi, causing the spirit to be deprived of nourishment and thus slowing down its functions.

所以古气功家认为,练气功获得特异功能的条件是:“血气专于五脏而不外越,“使五胜定宁充盈而不外泄气这样才能“耳月倩面视听达”,甚至能“望之往世之前,而视之来事之后”。

Therefore, ancient Qigong practitioners believed that the conditions for practicing Qigong to gain special abilities are: “The blood and Qi are concentrated in the five internal organs and do not flow out,” “Make the five internal organs stable, calm and full without leaking Qi. Only in this way can one “have a beautiful face and clear sight and hearing,” and even be able to “look at the past life and see the future.”

现在的气功师运用自己的特异功能时,也有疲劳感觉,与特异功能儿童的撼觉相似。

Today’s qigong masters also feel tired when using their special abilities, which is similar to the feeling of tiredness experienced by children with special abilities.

由此可见,产生两者的特异功能而引起的人体生命运动的变化是基本相何的。

From this we can see that the changes in human body’s vital movements caused by the special functions of the two are basically the same.

(三)气功师与特异功能儿童之间存在明显的相互作用。

(3) There is an obvious interaction between qigong masters and children with special abilities.

许多实验证明,特异功能儿童能够“看见刀气功师发放在外气―常人是看不到的。

Many experiments have proven that children with special abilities can “see the Qigong masters’ external Qi, which is invisible to ordinary people.

而且很多情况下,连仪器也不能感知。

And in many cases, even instruments cannot sense it.

同样,特异功能儿童在认字或意识搬运的过程无法用仅器或常人的感官感知,而气功家却能感知。

Similarly, children with special abilities cannot perceive the process of recognizing words or transferring consciousness with instruments or ordinary people’s senses, but qigong practitioners can perceive it.

不仅如此,实践还证明,造诣高的气功家,能够激发、强化特异儿童的机能,也能抑制其机能。

Not only that, practice has also proved that highly accomplished qigong practitioners can stimulate and strengthen the functions of special children, as well as inhibit their functions.

在嘴杂环境中气功师能为特异功能儿童提供意、气的屏蔽,使其功能灵敏、稳定,也能用意识干扰儿童的功能等等。

In a noisy environment, qigong masters can provide shielding for the mind and qi of children with special abilities, making their abilities more sensitive and stable. They can also use consciousness to interfere with children’s abilities, etc.

这种相互作用的存在,进一步证明二者在本质上是一致的。

The existence of this interaction further proves that the two are essentially the same.

二、理论上的同一性

2. Theoretical Identity

前面表述了天斌的儿童特异功能与后天锻炼的气功特异功能在实践中的一致性,这对现代科学来说,是不可思议的,然而在气功理论里,在古代的整休生命观里,却是可以理解的。

The above describes the consistency in practice between Tianbin’s children’s special abilities and the acquired qigong special abilities. This is incredible to modern science, but it is understandable in qigong theory and the ancient view of holistic life.

这关系到气功的深奥理论。这里仅做初步的介绍。

This is related to the profound theory of Qigong. Here we only give a preliminary introduction.

如第三章、第八章所述,古典整体生命观认为,人是形(包括精)、气、神的统一休,三者各有所司,互相依存、滋生、转化。

As described in Chapters 3 and 8, the classical holistic view of life holds that human beings are the unity of form (including essence), energy, and spirit. These three have their own functions and are interdependent, nourishing, and transforming each other.

同时,人又是无所不在的“道”的凝聚态。

At the same time, human beings are the condensed state of the omnipresent “Tao”.

神不仅是一身之主宰,而且是人与“道”联系的机括。

Shen (神) is not only the master of the body, but also the mechanism that connects people with “Tao”.

正因为有这个机括,人的意识就有可能和宇宙万物直接交换信息并相互作用。

Precisely because of this mechanism, human consciousness has the possibility to directly exchange information and interact with all things in the universe.

种种超感觉机能多属于前者,后者就表现为各色各样的“外气致动”现象。因此,特异功能是人体所固有的智能‘在一般人那里,只是没被徽发,呈潜在形式罢了。

Most of the supersensory functions belong to the former, while the latter are manifested as various “external qi-activated” phenomena. Therefore, special functions are the inherent intelligence of the human body. In ordinary people, they are just not developed and are in a latent form.

练气功就是要增进精、气、神三者之间的转化(可参阅第三章、第五章,关于先天、后天精、气、神的论述)。

The purpose of practicing Qigong is to enhance the transformation between essence, qi and spirit (please refer to Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 for the discussion on innate and acquired essence, qi and spirit).

气功理论认为,人在胎儿期间,精、气、神纯属先天(若细分,先天之中又可分为先夭之先天与先天之后天),出生后,由于呼吸与饮食,后天之情、气进入人体,故元精、元气只占一半(旧称半斤),随着不断摄取外界营养,将后夭之精、气转化为元气、元精,至十六岁真元(元气、元精之简称)满足一斤之数,充养五脏而藏之于肾。

Qigong theory holds that during the fetal period, the essence, energy and spirit are purely innate (if broken down, the innate can be divided into innate and acquired). After birth, due to breathing and eating, acquired emotions and energy enter the body, so the original essence and energy only account for half (formerly known as half a catty). With the continuous intake of external nutrients, the acquired essence and energy are transformed into original energy and essence. By the age of sixteen, the true essence (short for original energy and original essence) reaches one catty, which nourishes the five internal organs and is stored in the kidneys.

尔后,情窦渐开,元精化为生殖之精而下泄,元气也随着元精下泄而走夫(大病、大劳亦可损伤元气)。

Afterwards, love gradually opens up, the primordial essence turns into reproductive essence and discharges downward, and the vital energy also leaves the husband along with the primordial essence (serious illness or severe fatigue can also damage the vital energy).

以后每八年损耗二两(旧制一斤是环两),直至真元耗尽,人的生机随之衰亡(上述年限未必尽符,但取其意可也)。

After that, two liang (one jin in the old system was equal to ring liang) will be consumed every eight years until the true essence is exhausted and the person’s vitality declines (the above years may not be exactly the same, but the idea is ok).

这是元气、元精在人一生中的生长衰亡状况。

This is the growth and decline of vital energy and essence throughout a person’s life.

元神虽然受元精、元气之桥养,但它并不是随真元盛衰发生相应变化,因为元神感应事物的机能是与生俱米的。

Although the primordial spirit is nourished by the primordial essence and primordial energy, it does not change accordingly with the rise and fall of the true essence, because the primordial spirit’s ability to sense things is innate.

人出生后,元神那种“一无所着”的“纯素”之性,逐渐被知识所占据,人开始运用tt’词汇进行思维活动,即识神开蛤起作用并支配人体,于是元神的活泼、灵通之性逐渐被识神锢蔽。

After a person is born, the “pure” nature of the primordial spirit, which is “attached to nothing”, is gradually taken over by knowledge, and people begin to use vocabulary to think, that is, the conscious spirit begins to take effect and dominate the human body, and thus the lively and spiritual nature of the primordial spirit is gradually obscured by the conscious spirit.

因元神可以感应事物的周有机能被局限,很多感应机能被淹没了,于是元神与无所不在的道相联系的机括就不那么杨通了。

Because the primordial spirit’s ability to sense the surroundings of things is limited, many of its sensing functions are submerged, and the mechanism that connects the primordial spirit with the omnipresent Tao is no longer so smooth.

这就是一般成年人没有特异功能之所在,通过气功锻炼使体内元气充沛,元精、元神内固[?][?][?]的人与“道,之间的机括重新被打开,并得到强化。

This is why most adults do not have special abilities. Through Qigong exercises, the body’s vital energy is replenished, and the primordial essence and primordial spirit are strengthened. The mechanism between people and the “Tao” is reopened and strengthened.

于是人的被湮没了而处于潜在形式的智能重新显瑰出来―即各种特异功能。

As a result, the intelligence of human beings that had been obliterated but in a latent form reappeared – that is, various special abilities.

这就是气功中所说的‘返先天,的一个方面。

This is one aspect of what is called “returning to the original nature” in Qigong.

由于气功功法千差万别,有的是先练后天之精、气以补先天元气,再以元气培补元神;有的直接练元神。所以激发潜在智能们内容和效果也不相同。

Since Qigong exercises vary greatly, some first practice the acquired essence and qi to replenish the innate vital energy, and then use the vital energy to cultivate the primordial spirit; some practice the primordial spirit directly. Therefore, the content and effect of stimulating potential intelligence are also different.

故有钾能功、生命功、强瑞[?]功等个区别。

Therefore, there are distinctions such as potassium energy work, life work, and strong Rui [?] work.

为何有的儿童不练气功也能显现特异功能呢?

Why can some children display special abilities without practicing qigong?

原因在子,与成年人相比,识神不强,元神纯素之性还未被后天的意识所笼罩,易于直接用事。

The reason is that children, compared with adults, have weaker consciousness, and the pure nature of their spirits has not yet been covered by acquired consciousness, making it easy for them to act directly.

即使元神之性已经被掩遮,往社也不会很牢固,经过一般的诱发锻炼,可以―而且容易恢复。

Even if the nature of the primordial spirit has been obscured, it will not be very solid, but it can be easily restored through general induction training.

有人会向,要儿的识神几乎没有,元神直接起作用,为何没听说婴I有特异功能呢?

Some people may wonder, since infants have almost no conscious mind and their primordial spirit is the only thing that works directly, why haven’t we heard of infants having special abilities?

这是因为,其一,机括畅通只是具备了特异功能的必耍前提,欲使这种功能显现,还需有足够的元气,“元精来供养元神。如前所述,婴儿时期元精、元气仅有“半斤,之多,主要供人体发育之用。

This is because, firstly, unobstructed movement of the mechanism is only a necessary prerequisite for possessing special functions. In order for such functions to manifest, there must be sufficient vital energy, “essence to nourish the soul.” As mentioned earlier, in infancy, the essence and energy are only “half a pound,” which are mainly used for the development of the human body.

其二,婴儿时期,脑子里还投有足够的概念性知识,元神虽然有感应事物的能力,但对感知的事物并不能加以区别,在初生儿的元神那里,外部世界只能是一个简单地物质世界而已。

Secondly, during infancy, there is not enough conceptual knowledge in the brain. Although the soul has the ability to sense things, it cannot distinguish between the perceived things. To the soul of a newborn, the external world can only be a simple material world.

因此谈不.七什么特异功能。从这个意义上讲,儿童特异功能的显现,是有一合适的年龄区限的。

Therefore, there is no need to talk about any special abilities. In this sense, the manifestation of children’s special abilities has an appropriate age limit.

这个时期应该是,识神虽然起作用,但元神尚未被完全掩遮。

This period should be when the conscious mind is at work but the original spirit has not yet been completely obscured.

既有元神的感应机能,又有识神的分辨能力,同时元气、元精要达到一定的充实程度。实际情况也确是如此。

It has both the induction function of the primordial spirit and the ability to discern the spirit, and at the same time, the primordial energy and primordial essence must reach a certain level of fullness. This is indeed the case in reality.

现今发现的有特异功能的儿童大多为五、六岁到十六岁。

Most of the children with special abilities discovered today are between five or six and sixteen years old.

综言之,特异功能与气功无论在实践上、还是在理论士都是一致的,谓两者为“并蒂莲”亦无不可。

In a nutshell, special abilities and qigong are consistent both in practice and in theory, and it is not wrong to call the two “twin lotuses”.

第三节 特异功能的研完必须和中医现代化、气功科学研究相结合
Section 3: The study of special abilities must be combined with the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and scientific research on qigong

为现代医学、科学所不容的神奇的特异功能和气功效应,在中医和气功理论中―古典的人类生命整体观中本守其归宿。

现在进行的特异功能和气功外部效应的科学实验,为古典的人类生命整体观提供了现代科学实证,证明它是正确的,它将为认识人类生命运动规律提供线索,开辟捷径。

The scientific experiments currently being conducted on supernormal capabilities and the external effects of qigong provide modern scientific evidence for the classical holistic view of human life, proving that it is correct. This will also provide clues and create shortcuts for understanding the laws governing the movement of human life.

从第九、十两章不难看出,特异功能、宁医、气功三者是一整称,它们统一于人类生命科学。

It is not difficult to see from Chapters 9 and 10 that special abilities, Ning medicine, and Qigong are a whole term, and they are unified in human life sciences.

古代是这样,现在和未来也是这样。

This was true in ancient times, and it is true now and in the future.

气功与中医的关系第九章里已做了阐述,这里侧重讲一讲特异功能研究与气功科学发展的关系,这关系洲侍异功能研究的前途。

The relationship between Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine has been explained in Chapter 9. Here, we will focus on the relationship between the research on special abilities and the development of Qigong science, which is related to the future of the research on special abilities.

无论国内还是国外,人们对特异功能(或心灵现象)的研究评价,都是毁誉参半。

Whether at home or abroad, people’s evaluation of the research on special abilities (or psychic phenomena) is mixed.

其所以如此,原因有二:

There are two reasons for this:

(一)特异功能(心灵现象)的存在,打彼了现有科学知识的框架。想要认识这些现象,必须在墓本观念上来一个大突破。这在目前为时尚早,难于为一般人所接受。

(1) The existence of supernormal abilities (psychic phenomena) breaks the framework of existing scientific knowledge. To understand these phenomena, we must make a major breakthrough in fundamental concepts. It is too early to do so and it is difficult for ordinary people to accept.

(二)特异功能实验与团有的特点―不稳定性。

(2) Experiments on special functions and the unique characteristics of the group – instability.

这表现在:

This is reflected in:

1。先夭具有特异功能的儿童,其功能环稳定,随若年龄的增长,或其他生理、心理上的变化,功能会退化,甚至完全丧失。

1. Children born with special abilities will have stable abilities. As they grow older or experience other physiological or psychological changes, their abilities will degenerate or even be completely lost.

无论过去还是现在,无论国内还是国外,这种例子都不少。

There are many such examples, both in the past and now, both at home and abroad.

一旦如此,特异功能者固然被冠以’llr’t子”的大帽,研究他们的特异功能的人,也被视为被编子愚弄的傻瓜,从此身教名裂。

Once this happens, people with special abilities will certainly be labeled as “scammers”, and those who study their special abilities will also be regarded as fools who have been fooled by the scammers, and their reputation will be ruined from then on.

这个问题不解决,特异功能研究的未来命运是难以预料的。

If this problem is not solved, the future fate of special ability research will be unpredictable.

2。同一受试者,在同一地方,同样的物理、化学、生物(有形的部分)环境下,用同样的方法傲实验,所得结果差异很火。

2. The same subjects were subjected to the same experiment in the same place, under the same physical, chemical, and biological (tangible) environment, and using the same method, but the results obtained were very different.

因为实验成功与否,不仅取决于受试者的倩绪,还和实验者、旁观者的态度和气质有关。

Because the success of the experiment depends not only on the mood of the subjects, but also on the attitude and temperament of the experimenter and bystanders.

许多实验,犷人们公认其方法是靠得住的,但因实验结果不可预测地因时、因人而异而受到人们的非难。

Many experiments are generally recognized as reliable, but are criticized because the experimental results vary unpredictably from time to time and from person to person.

这种非难使“信其有”者裹足不前,因为在科学实验中,“人为因素是脆脏的字眼”。

This criticism makes those who “believe it” hesitate to move forward, because in scientific experiments, “human factors are a fragile and dirty word.”

怎样解决特异功能实验结果的不稳定性,对于特异功能研完的前途来说,是一个生死枚关的问题。

解决这个问题,可从两方面着手,一是认识向题,即如何正确认识这种不稳定性,对此,这里不拟详述。

There are two ways to solve this problem. The first is to understand the problem, that is, how to correctly understand this instability. I will not go into details here.

二是解决特异功能儿童功能退化问题,并且使得实验环境能够为人所控制,以保证实验的重复性。

The second is to solve the problem of functional degeneration of children with special abilities and to make the experimental environment controllable to ensure the repeatability of the experiment.

解决这个问题有赖于气功。

The solution to this problem lies in Qigong.

实际上,气功是找们的祖先经数千年实践总结出来的,激发、强化人*潜在钾能的最有效的方法。

In fact, Qigong is the most effective method to stimulate and strengthen human potential energy, which was summarized by our ancestors after thousands of years of practice.

智能功在这方面的效果尤其显若。

The effect of Smart Qigong is particularly evident in this regard.

因此,总结前人的终验,改进、创立气功功法,经过训练,可以建立一支具二行稳定的特异功能的专业队伍,为特异功能,或者说得更确切一些,为气功外部效应的科学研究,提供一个稳定的样品源。

Therefore, by summarizing the final experience of predecessors, improving and creating Qigong exercises, and after training, we can establish a professional team with two stable special abilities, which will provide a stable sample source for the scientific research of special abilities, or more precisely, for the external effects of Qigong.

其次,气功外部效应(特异功能或心灵现象)中起作用的是人的神、意、气,因而实验环笺因素中最k要的也是作为环境一部分的实验者、旁观者的神、意、气。

Secondly, it is the spirit, intention and energy of the human being that play a role in the external effects of qigong (special abilities or spiritual phenomena). Therefore, the most important factors in the experimental environment are also the spirit, intention and energy of the experimenters and bystanders who are part of the environment.

要保证实验结果fl定,就要设法使受试者屏蔽,不受环境的神、意、气因素的干扰。

To ensure the stability of the experimental results, we must try to shield the subjects from interference from the spiritual, mental and emotional factors of the environment.

这种神、意、气的屏蔽,只有造诣高深的气功家才能提供。

This kind of shielding of spirit, intention and qi can only be provided by qigong masters with profound attainments.

总而言之.揭开特异功能(心灵现象)之珠,认识生命之奥秘,不仅需要现代科学的综合研究(外求),还需要改变人的智能状态―开发潜在智能,使人的智能发生质的飞跃(内求)二只有二者相结合,谜才能解决。

In a word, to uncover the pearl of special abilities (psychic phenomena) and understand the mystery of life, not only does it require comprehensive research of modern science (external search), but it also requires changing the state of human intelligence – developing potential intelligence and making a qualitative leap in human intelligence (internal search). Only by combining the two can the mystery be solved.

而要使人的智能发生[?]的飞跃,舍气功而外,别无他途。

If one wants to make a quantum leap in human intelligence, there is no other way except through Qigong.
