Three Poems 02

   Let us go then . . .

Let us go then, faraway and far,
And roast marshmallows on a star
It takes little time or little care
In that, now, already we are there.

   Limerick 01

 God has a light-of-hand trick
 Slap-shtick slippery and slick,
 Surpassed by none,
 Self-surpassing by one,
 In quantums flickering quick
 each and every Augenblick.

  Limerick 02

Was once chic, sleek, and mystique,
But now a jumble, a mistake,
 Making him mumble, her quake,
Because now weak, bleak, and antique.
